桃園市空服員職業工會有2638名會員，全部是華航空服員，不滿有關公司更改報到地點、工時計算及外站津貼，日前舉行罷工投票取得罷工權，昨天傍晚突然宣布今天0時起罷工。

何煖軒說，他有信心處理華航空服罷工問題，他認同空服員職業工會的協商前提，就是先回到6月1日的勞動條件，取消桃園機場報到，改回松山機場報到，勞資才有機會坐下來談。
